We are happy to assist you with creating a floor plan for your event. If you would like to play around with the layout, we have a downloadable floor plan here.
We have also uploaded our floor plan on AllSeated.com for you. This tool allows you to create a scaled floor plan. Just create an account and then search for Vine & Sparrow in the venue floor plan section.
Below is a list of tables and chairs that we have available. Just a friendly reminder that we do not have linens available for the tables. We highly recommend having linens on the tables.

You may use only gaff tape for decorum on the walls or concrete floors. You may not tape anything to the wood floor.
You may NOT use: nails, push pins, tacks, staples, Velcro, duct tape, or self-adhesive strips.
Do not use confetti, glitter, rice or birdseed inside or outside the building.
Helium balloons may be used outside but cannot go into the facility.
Non-colored flower petals can be used inside and outside. They must be cleaned up by the end of the event.
The use of fireworks, tiki torches, or any other related products are prohibited.
Flamed candles can be used as long as they are in a glass votive that is at least 2” taller than the candle flame.
Per local fire codes, you may not block or impede access to any door marked with an EXIT sign, any installed fire extinguishers, hoses, or alarm pull stations. Your decorations may not obscure fire beacons, emergency, lighting, or EXIT signs.
Looking to have bar service at your event? We will assist you with beer and wine service. Hard alcohol is not allowed on property. It is $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum for a bartender. Then, pick your alcohol package below.
Choice Pour Package - $9 per head for two drinks per guest that are 21 and older. The wine selection would be a red blend and house white. The beer selection would be Hefe, Bud Light, Coors and/ or something similar.
Select Pour Package - $15 per head for two drinks per guest that are 21 and older. The wine selection would be a Sokol Blosser Evolutions and/ or something similar. The beers would be something similar to Bouy and Nikassi.
Premium Pour Package - $30 per head for two drinks per guest that are 21 and older. The wine selection would be something similar to Willamette Valley Vineyard and/ or Annie Amie. The beer selection would be something similar to Ancestry Brewing and Pelican.
Bar Managerment Package - $5 per guest that is 21 years and older. You will provide your own alcohol and we will serve it for you. Beer and wine only.

Professional Sound Tech
Vine & Sparrow has a built-in sound system that comes with your rental. It is available for background music and does not come with a microphone. We do also have a professional sound system available for rent. It comes with two speakers, lavaliere microphone, wired microphone and an AV tech. Plan out time for set up and sound checking before your event when budgeting this service.
Price: $50 per hour
The Grand Hall has two flat screen TVs that comes with the use of your rental. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use them. You will need a computer with an HTMI plug in. Please have the files on the computer. We do not recommend playing something from online as it can get glitchy. If it is a presentation, you will need someone to run it.
We do have WiFi available. Password information will be available on the day of your event.
Set Up/ Clean Up Service
Clients are responsible for the set up and clean up of the tables and chairs. To save you time, we are happy to do the set up and clean up of the tables and chairs for you. Walk in at your access time with all the tables and chairs set up and ready to be decorated. At the end of your event, all you will have to do is clean up your decor and we will take care of the tables and chairs.
Vine & Sparrow has two parking spots available on property. They are located on the right side of the building. We recommend leaving those for load in and catering.
Guest parking is available in the public parking lots and street parking. Below is a map of the two public lots.
